Lot’s wife a woman who was married to Lot, and then the Lord told Lot not to look back when they leave Sodom and Gomorrah.

When they were leaving she looked back because she heard a cry and she looked back. That’s when she became a pillar of salt.  Likewise we must stop looking back, and keep looking forward.
