The meaning of this painting is to illustrate the issues that we face on a daily basis. Our streets are filled with dirty water. Kids get infected by diseases that are found inside this dirt water.

There are big holes that was once opened or water pipes. As you can see, kids are walking towards the hole. There's also no prospect of rain to aid in the dispersal of the dirty water.
