Description:
This is a multi-medium portrait of a Lesotho shepherd. The artists loves doing portraits of old men with so much character, with every line on their face telling a story. He dislikes working on a rectangle or square format, as it restricts him too much. He therefore decided to construct his own canvas by instead carving out the shape of the image.
