This is a silkscreen of my land art in the Karoo. I used elements from the space around me to create a land artwork, and burned pipes and stones to create the work. The name of my work represents the "fracking" situation in the Karoo,

The stones that are pushed into the pipes symbolise the truth about “fracking” which also keeps the truth hidden away. I left some holes open to show that the truth always comes out. The way in which I created the work reminds us of the Karoo and its mountains. I made a silkscreen of my work to represent what I have made and to show all the detail and colours on the pipes.
