South African citizens may feel like small boats in the ocean, but they sent big waves into motion on 7 April 2017 for they know the dream of Nelson Mandela has not been completed: "The time for the healing of the wounds has come. Them moment to bridge the chasms that divide has come, the time to build is upon us".
