Description:
During lockdown we all experienced feelings of boredom, loneliness, vulnerability, loss of control etc. This video explores the monotony of my routine during the lockdown period . This routine started as a way to keep normalcy going in my life, but as time went on the disaster outside the walls of my home was not able to be ignored. Exercise, hygiene and mental health was neglected over time, as hope, sense of time and freedom faded. It is the want to hold onto our normal and the past that often harms the process of growth and acceptance in new stages of life.
