Description:
For hundreds of years, we have cried out to our ancestor Paula. Paula blesses us with rain as we celebrate weddings, special occasions, birthdays and anniversaries. We cultivate our land for our crops to grow and nourish us, and to provide for our communities. This is our way and is passed down centuries and generations.

But what happens when rain pours down incessantly and is paired with destruction, chaos and death to our loved ones? Do we look at our prayers or do we assess our actions on our land?

This was man-made. Our greed, selfishness and disrespect shown to the environment and world we live in have led us here. We continue to pollute the air with toxic gas, burn down the rain forests, and fill our seas and oceans with oil and rubbish. The oceans and rivers are dying up and extreme drought is happening all over the world and politicians do not want to admit what is happening, but it is clear for all of us to see that our selfish actions have brought us to disparaging climatic changes: Global warming.

Will we admit it to ourselves and take heed to the response of our Earth?
