Description:
The work aims to capture an everyday hack performed by the artist himself. ’Dirty clothes’ symbolise daily struggles, poverty and social problems experienced by so many youths in South Africa. The art of washing clothes symbolises the cleansing and starting afresh each day. It is a work that is meant to give hope. The medium is acrylic on canvas as it is an affordable medium for painting.
