New Breed Art Competition 2023
Description:
Now in its seventh year, the official 2023 New Breed Art Competition exhibition is showcasing 33 artworks by 30 new and upcoming Free State artists at Oliewenhuis Art Museum. A variety of paintings, drawings, photographs, sculptures, ceramics, and mixed and digital media artworks are on show. Of these, only six artists can emerge as the 2022 competition winners. To show your support for Free State artists, vote for your favourite artist to win the Public Choice Award by 6 November 2023. The Public Choice Award will go to the artist who receives the most online votes on the official art competition website and will receive R10 000 in prize money. The winners will be announced on 9 November 2023. All exhibited artworks are also for sale. For any art purchase enquiries, please email art@phinc.co.za.
