Today the official title of the first-of-its-kind Free State competition for visual arts presented by Phatshoane Henney Attorneys in association with Oliewenhuis Art Museum, was confirmed as the “Phatshoane Henney New Breed Art Competition”.
This competition name boldly states the primary intention of Phatshoane Henney Attorneys to identify talent and a new generation of Free State artists and provide a platform for the development and exposure of these artists. “In addition to celebrating our local talent, we also want to position the competition itself as a new breed of art competition by integrating technology platforms and social media with the competition to increase accessibility and public exposure to both the competition and art and so help make art an experience for everyone,” says Sam Moleko, Director, Phatshoane Henney Attorneys.
